General Automotive Technician - Full Time


 
Tony Divino Toyota Service Center is currently seeking motivated & experienced General Automotive Technicians. We are a family-owned business located in Riverdale UT. We pride our self in customer service & a great work environment.  We are looking for motivated individuals that can train and grow with our organization.

ASE Certified is required & Toyota/Lexus certification would be preferred.

Recommended: 
  • Automotive repair certifications

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, address, and repair, if needed, all major vehicle work.
  • Regular maintenance including but not limited to: transmission flushes, alignments, brake fluid flushes, spark plug replacements, etc.
Qualifications
We need candidates that have the desire to become Master Level Technicians and beyond. Entry level technicians with some oil & lube experience and/ or Utah Safety Inspection Certification a plus. Possess a great attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail and willingness to learn and grow. 

Own tools (master mechanics)
  • Valid Driver's License (good driving record required) 
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
Previous experience or vehicle knowledge is preferred but not required. We will train the right person.

Job Description

Automotive Lube Technicians are responsible for servicing vehicles assigned by management. Including rotating tires, performing multi-point inspections, and changing automotive fluids. This is an entry level service position with opportunity for an automotive career path. We are looking for a candidate that can work in a fast paced environment and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform multi-point inspections, tests and standard maintenance jobs.
• Check & change automotive fluids
• Maintain cleanliness of serviced vehicles
• Complete required documentation in compliance with regulations & standards
• Abide by shop safety standards
• Communicate effectively & efficiently with service advisors
• Perform other duties assigned by management
