To whom it may concern I had planned on writing this letter shortly after my experience at your service center in June of 2005. Due to my procrastination, the letter hasn?t been written until now. My Story: A few years ago I had been driving from Boulder, CO to Ogden, UT to race in an off-road triathlon. As I was nearly to Ogden my 94? 4Runner began to overheat. I barely made it to your service center. This was the last thing I had counted on prior to race day and I thought it could really impact my race (stress, etc.). Much to my relief, your service center immediately took in my truck and had the problem diagnosed in about 20 minutes. It turned out that the timing belt/water pump job that I had personally performed about 6 months prior lacked proper tightening of the idler arm bolts. I had no one to blame for the problem but myself. I felt so fortunate that your service technicians quickly diagnosed the problem. The service manager (Chuck Lallis) quickly got me into an overnight Highlander rental and had me on my way. Because of the fast, efficient service I received I was still able to pre-ride the race course which is a critical part of race-day preparation. I went on to win the Ogden race in my age group due in no small part to the great service I received from your shop. Winning the race helped me to obtain the points I needed qualify for the Xterra off-road national championship later that year in Lake Tahoe. While I didn?t win the nationals race, I still had a respectable 8th place finish in my age group. After the Ogden race my truck was ready when I returned to your shop as promised. I picked it up and drove it back to Boulder with no problems. Since the service I have had no other problems with coolant leaks? I guess it helps to fully tighten all of the bolts after performing a service! :) Thanks again for the great service I received! -Sam T San Francisco, CA

I would like to commend your dealership on the quality and professionalism of your sales staff. My parents (in their 80's) recently traded in 2 vehicles (both Toyota's) on a newer model Camry. Gene Smith was their salesman and he was so kind and patient with them, it was a very pleasant experience. Also, congratulations on adding Robert Hansen to your sales staff. I recently visited your dealership to purchase a car for my daughter. Guy Wright and Susan Peterson were the best to work with. They bent over backwards to get just the right car and financing for my daughter. We will definitely continue to do business with Guy and Susan in the future.  I purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry from Rob Hansen on April 20 2009 and I just want to write and say "Thank you." My previous car was in an auto accident and was declared a total loss. I needed to find a comparable car and fast. My online searching seemed endless until I found my car on your Certified Cars section. I called to make an appointment to test drive and that's when I met Rob. He was so kind and treated me like one of his daughters. He was very generous with his time and when he didn't know something he wouldn't try and snow me just to give an answer. No, he went and asked the questions so I would have the correct information. I was very impressed with the service I received and my husband and I are looking to buy an Avalon or Venza in the next 12-18 months...we won't look further than our own Tony Divino dealership. My wife and I recently purchased a 2006 Toyota Tundra from your dealership, I'm writing to thank you for great customer service we recieved. Our saleman was Gene Smith this is the third truck we have purchased from him and each time he has treated us fair and honestly. Just wanted to thank you for the awesome service we received over the weekend. My husband found a used 2009 Sienna that we wanted to buy while I was at work on Friday, June 12. The salesman was awesome to work with us. We were able to put a down payment on the vehicle and come in after I got off work on Saturday afternoon (the next day) to finish the paperwork and drive the van home. Thank you to Dennis King and Susan in financing. They were great to speed the mounds of paperwork along so that I could go to bed Saturday night. Susan was awesome to spend the time to help us get the best financing rate available to us. We knew she was busy and had other things that needed to be done, but she took the time to explain all of our options in detail and patiently wait while we made our decisions. Thank you very much for taking the time!! Then if that wasn't awesome enough....Dennis King paid for a second microchipped key for the van. Being a used vehicle, we only got one key. When my husband questioned this, Dennis told us to come back on Monday and he would "see what he
could do." When we returned, Dennis realized that he had forgotten about the key. SO...rather than make us wait, he took us to Service and got us a another key made and paid for it himself!!! WE never would have asked him to do that and we NEVER expected him to do that! We were so impressed with the service we received from Dennis, the Parts Department, and the Service Department (for working us in and getting the key programmed quickly) that we wanted to say a great big THANK YOU to everyone involved. Keep up the awesome work, everyone. You truly provided EXCELLENT service to us!! You have an awesome team. Please send our thanks to everyone on the team.
