  Mr Divino,

Last week I purchased a 2006 Highlander, my second car from your dealership.  It was a good experience and I appreciated the way your sales staff ( Guy and Ken ) cooperated to bring me all the information I needed.  I thought you should know about an incident that happend while I was away from your dealership and considering my options.  I was at Burt Brothers in Farmington, buying a new automobile battery.  While there I asked how much they would charge to inspect a used car that I hoped to buy.  They asked about the car, so I told them it was a certified used Toyota.  The price for the inspection was $48 or so, as I recall.  Then Cory asked who was selling it.  I told him it was Tony Divino Toyota.  Cory told me that they would be glad to inspect the car, but that there really was no need " not with thos guys ."  He assured me that your shop had a great reputation and that your mechanics would have done a thorough, professional job. 

I thought you and your shop people needed to know that they have that sort of reputation.
